You can request a meeting by emailing us or filling in our contact form. Let us know your preferred date, time, and whether you'd like an in-person visit, a video call (Zoom/Google Meet), or a phone call. We'll confirm your slot within 24 hours.
During a consultation you can discuss product options, design ideas, pricing for your quantity, material choices, turnaround times, and any special requirements. It's a no-obligation conversation — we're here to help you make the best decision for your team or brand.
Yes, all consultations and design discussions are completely free. There is no obligation to order and no charge for our time or advice.

Absolutely. Our in-house design team can create a logo or artwork from scratch based on your ideas. Just describe your vision — team name, colors, sport, and style — and we'll put together some concepts for you to review.
We offer unlimited revisions on your mockup before production. We want you to be 100% happy with the design before a single item is manufactured. There is no extra charge for revisions.

Yes. We offer tiered pricing — the more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. We also offer bundle discounts when ordering multiple product types (e.g. socks + caps + scarves together). Ask us for a combined kit quote.
Yes, we regularly work with schools, academies, grassroots clubs, and professional teams. We understand budget constraints and will do our best to find a solution that works for you. Just let us know your situation when requesting a quote.
Quotes are typically valid for 30 days from the date issued. Material costs can fluctuate, so we recommend confirming your order within that window to lock in the price. Contact us if your quote has expired and we'll provide a fresh one.

📦 Ordering
Absolutely none. You can order as few as 1 pair. We believe everyone deserves access to premium custom socks regardless of quantity.
Pricing depends on quantity and design complexity. Larger orders receive better per-pair pricing. Use our design tool or contact us for an accurate quote.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers for larger orders. Payment is due upon final design approval before production begins.
Production typically takes 2–3 weeks after design approval. Shipping time is added on top depending on your location. Contact us if you have a deadline and we'll do our best to accommodate it.
Yes! You can mix and match different designs, colors, and quantities in a single order. Each design is treated individually, and pricing is based on per-design quantities.
🎨 Design
Simple, bold logos with clean lines and up to 5–6 solid colors work best. Our woven process uses yarn colors — gradients, photographic images, and very fine details are not reproducible. Our artists will advise on any adjustments needed.
Yes! We can create mirrored or completely unique designs for each foot. Just let us know your requirements when submitting your design request.
Yes — player numbers or initials can be added to individual socks. Each unique number or initial counts as a separate design, so pricing is adjusted accordingly. Great for team uniforms!
Yes. We offer Pantone color matching for brand-accurate colors. Please provide your PMS codes when submitting your design. We'll match as closely as possible within our yarn color range.
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files (300 DPI+) are also accepted. Our design team will clean up and optimize your artwork at no extra charge.
📏 Sizing & Lengths
We manufacture all popular athletic lengths: Knee High, Crew, Euro Fold-Over, Quarter/High Ankle, Ankle, Low Cut/No Show, Calf Sleeve, Baseball Stirrup, and Baseball 2-in-1. Custom lengths are also available on request.
Our socks are gender-neutral and sized by shoe size: XS Kids (1C–4C), S Kids (4.5C–7Y), Small (US 3–6), Medium (US 7–10), Large (US 11–13), XL (US 14+). You can order multiple sizes within a single design.
Yes! We offer XS Kids and S Kids sizes suitable for children's feet. They carry the same design quality and material standards as our adult socks.
🚚 Shipping & Returns
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times vary by destination. We'll provide a shipping estimate when you place your order. Customs and import duties may apply depending on your country.
Because all socks are custom-made to your specification, we cannot accept general returns. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or the product doesn't match your approved mockup, we will remake or refund your order — no questions asked.
Rush orders may be available depending on production capacity. Contact us as early as possible if you have a tight deadline and we'll let you know what's achievable. A rush fee may apply.

We manufacture a wide range of custom caps including snapbacks, fitted caps, flex-fit caps, dad hats (unstructured 6-panel), trucker caps, and beanies. All styles are available with custom embroidery or printed branding.
We offer embroidery (the most durable and professional finish), screen printing for flat panels, heat transfer for photographic details, and woven patches. Embroidery is our most popular method for sports teams and clubs.
Our caps are available in cotton twill, polyester, wool blend, and moisture-wicking performance fabrics. The choice of material depends on the cap style and intended use — we'll recommend the best option for your sport or event.
📦 Ordering Caps
Our minimum order for custom caps is typically 12 pieces, as embroidery setup requires a minimum run. However, for small teams or samples, contact us and we'll explore what's possible.
Production for custom caps is typically 3–4 weeks after design approval, with shipping time on top. Rush production may be available — contact us with your deadline.
Absolutely! We encourage full kit coordination. Order custom caps and socks together for a cohesive team look. Combined orders may qualify for bundled pricing — ask us for a quote.
Snapbacks and trucker caps are one-size-fits-most with adjustable closures. Fitted caps are available in sizes S/M, L/XL, and XXL. Flex-fit caps come in S/M and L/XL. Kids' sizes are also available.
🎨 Cap Design
Embroidery supports up to 12 thread colors per design. For the cleanest result we recommend keeping designs to 5–7 colors. Very small text (under 4mm) and thin lines can be difficult to embroider accurately.
Yes. You can have embroidery on the front panel, side panels, and back strap. Additional placement locations are treated as separate embroidery designs and priced individually.
Yes, we always provide a detailed digital mockup showing the cap style, color, and embroidery placement before any production begins. We revise until you're completely satisfied — at no extra charge.
Yes, pre-production samples are available upon request. A sample fee applies but is credited back against your bulk order. Sample production takes approximately 1–2 weeks.
🚚 Shipping & Quality
Yes. Our performance caps are made with UV-protective and moisture-wicking fabrics specifically designed for outdoor sports. The embroidery thread is colorfast and resistant to fading from sweat and sun exposure.
Hand wash or spot clean is recommended to preserve the embroidery and cap shape. Avoid machine washing and tumble drying. Most of our caps can be reshaped when damp.

🧣 About Our Sports Scarves
We produce traditional woven football/soccer scarves, bar scarves (double-sided with two different designs), knitted scarves, and lightweight polyester printed scarves. All styles can feature your club's crest, colors, text, and patterns.
Woven scarves have designs knitted directly into the fabric using colored yarn — incredibly durable and the traditional choice for football clubs. Printed scarves use sublimation printing on polyester, allowing photographic detail and gradients. Woven is more premium; printed allows more complex artwork.
Our standard sports scarf is 145cm × 18cm (57" × 7"). Custom sizes are available — longer and wider scarves can be produced on request. Fringe length is typically 7–8cm at each end.
📦 Ordering Scarves
The minimum order for woven scarves is typically 50 pieces due to loom setup costs. Printed scarves have lower minimums — from as few as 10 pieces. Contact us for exact pricing at your required quantity.
Woven scarves typically take 4–5 weeks after design approval. Printed scarves are faster at 2–3 weeks. We recommend ordering well in advance of your event, game day, or season start.

Woven scarves support up to 6–8 yarn colors. Printed scarves are full color with no color limit — ideal for photographic or multi-tone designs. We recommend keeping woven designs clean and bold for the best visual impact.
Absolutely. Woven scarves can include club name, founding year, slogans, and short text. Large bold fonts work best at scarf scale. For printed scarves, virtually any text styling is possible. Player names are available for special edition scarves.
Yes, always. We provide a full-length digital mockup of the scarf before any production begins. For woven scarves we also show a yarn-accurate color simulation so you can approve the exact look. Revisions are free until you're satisfied.
Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) are ideal. High-resolution PNG/JPEG (300 DPI+) also works. Our design team will redraw and optimize your artwork for the scarf format at no charge.
🚚 Materials & Care
Our woven scarves are made from 100% acrylic yarn — warm, soft, and highly colorfast. Printed scarves use 100% polyester with sublimation dye. We also offer premium wool-acrylic blends for higher-end scarves.
Hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30°C (86°F). Lay flat to dry — avoid tumble drying. Do not iron directly on the woven/printed area. Colors are designed to remain vibrant through repeated washing.
Yes — custom scarves are one of the most popular fan merchandise items for football clubs, rugby teams, and sports events. They're also great for charity fundraisers, corporate events, and stadium giveaways. We offer individual polybag packaging for retail-ready presentation.
